Brewing season is over but strolling is fun

Sake brewing in Saijo is over in March every year. Rice steamers are rinsed and put away, meaning all jobs of the season are done. But a beautiful season has come and it’s good for taking a walk. Visit Saijo and chill. Taste some sake or enjoy coffee and cake at a cafe which was originally a rice mill of one of the breweries.
